All television, radio and print ads (also known as creative executions) available from us are strictly for internal research, educational and informal use only.   A client may not, under any circumstances, rebroadcast, retransmit, distribute or display any creative executions to anyone outside their company.

A client shall indemnify and hold us harmless and defend it against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages or expenses arising out of or in connection with any breach or claimed breach of the foregoing terms and conditions or any claim that the use of the creative executions violates any law or any right of any third party.
